We've had a lovely weekend, Mr S came over on Saturday and we had a bbq and a walk down the beach. Yesterday we went to a local town for a mooch about, then another beach walk, dinner and he left for work this morning. I hit my 12k steps Saturday and Sunday :T

Today I have been for my induction at the gym, I did 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the cross-trainer, then did a stretching class for 30 minutes and a body balance class for an hour. I'm on about 8k steps so far today, so with some more pottering about I should hit today's 12k no problem.

Morning, I did a killer session at the gym yesterday - I did 30 minutes on the cardio machines (cross trainer and rowing machine), then did my workout on the weights machines. After that I did an hours Stretch and Tone class (weights then stretching), followed by 45 minutes of kettlebells. My back, arms and shoulders are aching like crazy today :D

Today I have been for a walk down the beach with the dog this morning (8000 steps done), and I have an aqua aerobics class at 10, then I might have a quick swim and a sauna. After that I am planning a very lazy day today (too hot for me), and Mr S is coming round tonight :)

Just realised, having finally gone through my backlog of emails, that my car insurance ran out a month ago   Luckily I haven't had an accident, I have just phoned up my insurers and renewed it, can't believe I did that, very unlike me. I need to get back on top of things ;)

Aqua aerobics was great fun, definitely booking that one again :) Had my shower and now plan to potter about at home, tidying up, and then hopefully some time to do some work on my cards later.
