The moisture onthe windows is because there is too much moisture in your house and it condenses when it hits the cold window. Windows themselves are usually cold, that said you shouldnt feel a draft from them.

What are the seals around the window frame like and what are the seals around the glass like. Youre looking for gaps or malformation of the rubber seal.

To reduce the amount of mositure in the house and reduce the water on your windows you need to increase ventilation (ie open windows or fit air bricks) or decrease how the water is getting in. Usually this time of the year its due to people drying their clothes indoors. Things like cooking, large gatherings and regular baths/showers can contriubute.
  • If the condensation is between the panes of the double glazed units then your seals have gone and the glass needs replacing.
If it’s on the inside and you can wipe it away then there’s moisture in the room.

Mine are like that too(condensation between the glass); is it a actual draft, because it will feel like that with it being the coldest day so far.
