    if you can't afford to the stamp duty straight off without using a credit card you can't afford to buy a house.


    Do you know the maintenance costs of keeping a house? Do you know how much a new boiler costs or a new roof???

    What are you buying ?
    £700,000 property !
    So we are talking London or the South East.
    You need a bloody good income and deposit.
