Highview Parking PCN Manchester Urban Exchange

Hi everyone,
A Charge Notice from Highview Parking dated on 20.12.17 was sent to the registered keeper of the vehicle GUXXXXW vehicle which was parked for 1hr 53mins at Urban Exchange, Manchester. The date it happened was 14.12.17.
Its a 2 hour free parking with no return for 1 hour now but it used to be 3 hours free parking.

Just use the blue text initial appeal (don’t change or add anything) and get it off to HV. They will cancel when they see a forum-based appeal.

In addition to the above, edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people.
