Jet2 - refusal to honour 10% off!

I booked return flights from Leeds Bradford to Pisa for 19/9/18 to 26/09/18 during their 10% off sale. I thought that the 10% discount was already applied as it often is and did not put the appropriate code in. The button to click to add a discount code is also not very well signposted. When I realised my ‘mistake’ I asked if there was anything that could be done, but they have point blank refused to honour the 10% discount. If I now cancel the flights I lose the total cost! Any suggestions?
