Hi guys,
I use the gym car park everyday. The sign said upto 2 hours free parking. I ensured I finished my sessions by the 2 hours to avoid any fines.
I received one fine on the day I was flying out on holiday, so just paid it to avoid the hassle. I came back from holiday with about 20 letters and multiple parking fines.
I knew something wasn't right so came across the threads with same problems.
I have tried to action the first appeal but when i enter the charge notice reference number it would not recognise.
I called the high view parking and they asked me to appeal via post. I have read that I should email not post.
would my appeal be as effective if I appeal straight to the generic enquiries email for high view? or does anyone have a direct email they have previously made the initial appeal to please?
Please help me guys!!
Kindest regards
Nadia

Assuming you have used the link in #2 then you will now know never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving
If you have used your real name in your OP and as part of your forum name then you need to ask MSE to change it to something truly anonymous

It should do. Unless the PCN is over 28 days old?
This is only Highview; no-one here pays them so you've already wasted your money. Easy to beat.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
