Cheapest Streaming Laptop

Hi. My 15yr old son is looking for a laptop to stream his video games on his Xbox1. He only has a budget of £200 and I've not got a clue what to suggest for him.

Please can somebody give us some suggestions - he certainly doesn't mind refurbished.

Thanks flashg67 and Everywhere. He was originally thinking of an HP, but after reading some of the posts on this forum I wonder if a refurbished Dell would be OK?

I'm the furthest from techie savvy and don't know the difference between a laptop for school work and one for streaming!! Don't laugh!

I've been looking at the Dell refurbished site, but I've not got a clue - I thought a laptop was a laptop and that's it! Suggestions would be greatly appreciated please.
