Software to sync to NAS

I have a D-Link DNS320 NAS.
My wife is useless at remembering to run the CMD file I have put on her desktop that backs up her stuff to the NAS. Her laptop is running windows 10. Is there some software I can install that starts automatically and quietly in the background copies any new files she creates or old files she changes to the NAS?
I want something a bit like the dropbox app that sits down in the right hand corner by the clock keeping her stuff in sync without her having to remember.
Thanks

put a shortcut to the cmd file in her startup folder.
automatic syncing can ruin your backups when you most need the old version.Don't you dare criticise what you cannot understand0 -
As above, stick the CMD in the startup, sorted.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
