A car I was the registered owner of a vehicle but not the driver who overstayed in a retail parking centre in Maidstone, I ignored the PCN and do not have any copies, they issued court proceedings which I defended using Defence Skeleton Argument from Parking Prankster, I can upload but I assume I would have to delete certain bits of personal information?
PE have defended the case so I now have to complete "Notice of Small Claims Track" and need this done by 3rd Jan.
Question 1: Should I agree to court case being handled by Small Claims Mediation Services?
Question 2, Should I consider Mediation?
Thanks in advance.

Many thanks0 -
Which track?? Doesn't it say "small claims track"? (Your OP says it does!) - you do want this!!
Everyone is politely asked to read the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum before starting a thread
Go there now and read up #2 - lots of links there to other resources dealing with how to complete forms right through to a court hearing

NEWBIES thread already tells you why, in post #2, bargepole's summary.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I assume you’ve messed up writing your question one, and you mean small claims track. Of course it’s small claims track. It’s under £10,000 and will take less than a day.0
