Business mobile phones

I have a small electrical contracting business and in order to reduce the paperwork have decided to look at getting 3 mobile phones for the engineers that are in the field. I'm just wondering if there is a good website that compares business related mobile phone deals rather than personal deals?
Also;
1) Does anyone has advice on insuring the phones?
2) Managing there use so that they are purely used for work and not pleasure. Are there ways of limiting what Apps and accounts can be used etc
3) Finally, do I need to issue some sort of contract with each individual receiving a mobile so we are covered legally?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm a bit in the dark about all this and cant find that much online that's much help.

Have you tried carphone warehouse business??
in regards to below questions
1) Does anyone has advice on insuring the phones? I would suggest going with a tariff that allows instant replacements
2) Managing there use so that they are purely used for work and not pleasure. Are there ways of limiting what Apps and accounts can be used etc - Use a IT policy to restrict or if using samsung or apple the related business management tools
3) Finally, do I need to issue some sort of contract with each individual receiving a mobile so we are covered legally? No this should be covered by your employment terms as to what is allowed0 -

No, and with so many mobile phones deals now offering almost unlimited calls, texts (and data if you want to invest in smart phones for your little workers) why bother?
In the true spirit of Scrooge this festive season, simply tell the staff that all charges attributable to non-authorised (i.e. private) use will be deducuted from their salary.
I bet some people will be happy when this festive season will soon be over, eh?
Goodwill to all men and all that...

There are various good websites you can find in Google, which helps you in comparing business related mobile phones.
1) Mobile insurance may be a good idea, but according to me, high deductibles, policy restrictions, and limited replacement options can make the plans less desirable.
2) You can use some IT software which helps you in limiting the phone uses.
3) I think this is not necessary0 -

1) Does anyone has advice on insuring the phones? - The supplier may offer a package, most insurers have a commercial side anyway, just ring around.
2) Managing there use so that they are purely used for work and not pleasure. Are there ways of limiting what Apps and accounts can be used etc - You can get subscriptions to some services that will limit it, but why would you want to? Employees who use the phones for a few apps here and there are more likely to look after them and keep them charged.
3) Finally, do I need to issue some sort of contract with each individual receiving a mobile so we are covered legally? - for what? loss/damage or?

It's simpler to have a policy than individual contracts negotiated0
