As far as I'm aware you can't claim for specific elements in UC. You make a claim, your circumstances are considered and the award is made.
Your award will be reduced pound for pound by the amount of carers allowance and CB ESA you receive, but you will be entitled to several elements, the basic allowance of £498.89, the carers element of £151.89 per month, and the LCWRA of £318.76 as well as your housing element. It may well be that the reductions are less than the other elements leaving you better off than currently.0 -
With one of you a carer and the other with limited capability for work and work related activity (the equivalent of 'support group') then neither of you will have to undertake jobsearch or any other work preparation activity.0

Normally ( I believe) the first appointment is to verify identity, and I think payment is unlikely to occur without this verification.
I would also expect you would need to supply your tenancy agreement to be paid the housing elementAlice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
If they did the bio identity test through Gov.uk and this was successful, then they would just need to provide evidence for the housing element. At some this will be requested.

Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
