Not so easy as it sounds to change a MA. You need everyone on board, it is complicated and can be expensive, the MA will probably fight you tooth and nail.
Some years ago a resident in a block where I own an investment property tried this off his own bat, against a decent enough PMC whose MD also owned the land. Their charges were reasonable and the estate, (some 100 plus flats), beautifully kept.
He was a self important martinet of a fellow, and we thought this was personal. Several of us opposed, and it cost him nearly £2,000.
