Anyone on here ever given up alcohol?

    I stopped drinking on regular basis due to health issues. My liver is weak and I also suffered jaundice once. So doctor advised me to give up drinking and told me to drink occasionally. And only to drink high-quality wines or scotch.

    many reasons.. I used to binge drink to try and self medicate, and it made my mental health so much worse, plus I'm on morphine which doesn't mix well. I've been sober since 2009, which I'm proud of!
