So you earn around £50k a year and your other half earns £30k a year. So £80k pa joint income, wanting to borrow £320k on a total purchase price of £400k. That's borrowing four times joint income at 80% loan-to-value. That sounds doable but the devil will be in the detail. Good luck!0
