Not enough information here to take any sensible view.

Nothing here though is alarming so trust your Broker at the weekend.

I agree with amn, nothing that will prevent you getting a Mortgage. Some lenders will be ruled out due to the pay day loans, but no reason why you can not get a decent rate mortgage - based solely on what you have said.

Why do you need "urgent advice" if you're going to find out the answer on Saturday anyway?
  • Thanks

I didnt want to go there if it was a waste of time and possibly apply and get rejected making it worse?

What more information would you need fro get a better picture?

    Thanks for your help

    How big is your deposit?
How much have you for costs?

How much do you need to get a decent place.

A mortgage broker won't start the application for a mortgage until (s)he has done a fact find first.
  • Forgot to mention

It’s a joint application she earns

    £30k
No debts no loans no up no previous either

    Thanks
  • Why on earth did you take out a pay day loan when you earn circa 50k a year?!
  • It was 2 years ago I just started an apprenticeship and needed some quick money at the time I thought it would be good for my report as it’ll be a repaid loan in full. Nows proving not to be the case
