Urgent advice needed

Hi guys
I’m going to see a mortgage broker this Saturday to start applying for a mortgage, what’s my chances in my scenario details below
I had a payday loan 2 years ago and another’s before that
I’ve a few credit cards total value £22k outstanding is about 3k
No missed payments at all no loans no HP and no customer bankruptcy etc
I earn about 4K a month and pay a phone I’ll and car insurance
Advice please appreciate your time as well

I agree with amn, nothing that will prevent you getting a Mortgage. I didnt want to go there if it was a waste of time and possibly apply and get rejected making it worse?
What more information would you need fro get a better picture?

How much have you for costs?

I have 80k looking at £400k property’s

A mortgage broker won't start the application for a mortgage until (s)he has done a fact find first.0 -

No debts no loans no up no previous either

Why on earth did you take out a pay day loan when you earn circa 50k a year?!0

It was 2 years ago I just started an apprenticeship and needed some quick money at the time I thought it would be good for my report as it’ll be a repaid loan in full. Nows proving not to be the case0
