Please help - ticket for using my residents space in a company vehicle

I live on a new build estate with allocated parking, on 5th October i (allegedly) received a parking ticket for parking my work van in my residents space without displaying my permit. I dispute that i ever received the ticket as there wasn't one on the van at any point that day.
The van is leased by my company and so i wasn't made aware of any issue until weeks later as the initial correspondence went to the lease company and then to my employer whose policy is to deduct PCN charges direct from wages. I contacted the parking company CPM (UK Car Park Management) using the template letter and stated that i am permitted to use the vehicle by my employer and live on this development and own this parking space as detailed on my deeds. I disputed that i ever received a ticket and also stated that at no point have i ever given them permission to issue tickets for my parking space so i dispute that i owe them anything.
When I first bought the property, the bays were allocated and are marked on deeds and there were no restrictions or permits needed. after a year the management company decided to introduce the permits, they never asked any of the residents permission and when i complained they stated they didn't need our permission as it wasn't costing us anything... the parking company make their money by issuing tickets!
I've received a rejection letter from CPM and they've included details on how to appeal to the IAS but from reading other posts on here, i'm not sure that's worth it? What do I do now?
I can't find any specific advice on what to do if using an employers vehicle. They wont dispute the ticket, they will just charge me so i cant really ignore letters can I?

do nothing
do NOT appeal to the IAS
stop looking for a "next step" there isnt one , nothing you can do or say or write will make this "go away"
if you informed the PPC that you are the lessee, they will chase the lessee (you) , not the employer0 -
Leasehold of the space, or freehold?0

Thank you both, so i can ignore letters RedX? Am i right in thinking their next steps would likely be debt collection letters, which I am ok to ignore? Sorry if I am being thick, i've just read through so much stuff and i've got quite confused.
nosferatu1001 its a shared ownership house so its leasehold - does that mean my argument that i own the space and haven't given them permission is incorrect? Can the housing association (Moat) give them permission to ticket on their own, without needing my permission?0 -
You’re jumping two steps ahead there!
Debt collectors can do nothing at all. Nothing.
As it’s lease then see what your lease says. Exactly. You’re looking for parking, regulation introduction and scope, etc.0 -
