hello there
i have received the overstay parking ticket in the superstore as i am the keeper of the car, a week ago...my friend was a driver at that time, i have asked him if i give him his details which he agreed..hence i have written a reply in appeal and giving them name and address of the driver.
does that mean the ukpc wouldn't contact me again or the driver has to accept the liability in writing?
any opinion greatly appreciated

Yes the driver will now be pursued and you are out of the picture
Suggest your driver reads the newbies faq thread here before doing anything to learn how to deal with this0 -
IMHO it is a shame you dropped the driver (a friend) in it, personally. You've left him with no appeal and he will likely be sued unless he realises that he needs to complain loudly to the retail park owners.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
