Forum profile spammer. Can you tell from the quality of his posts?0 -
I "Invested" almost £1000 with Cryptonash. I made some profit which was shown on my online account. But trying to cash in the company went quiet and I still have not received my money. Can anyone advise is there any way to take any action against them?0

That's a shame, there really isn't any recourse if you make a bank transfer to a fraudster. A payment by card might have given you other options.Via their website I made a deposit from my bank account.
Of course, you could try to take action against them, but the likelihood of success is low. Perhaps report it to ActionFraud.0 -

Actually now I come to think of it - it was by debit card. Does this make a difference?0 -
Yes, you could contact your bank and ask them to initiate a chargeback of the card payment on the grounds you haven't received the service you paid for (there's been a breach of contract) - you might need to provide evidence of this, which is where it could get tricky. It also depends on your card issuer being able to recover funds from the company's bank, but there's no harm in trying.Actually now I come to think of it - it was by debit card.
