Worth rebuilding trust with bank?

So I have bank accounts with barclays, nationwide and rbs for budgeting purposes but I miss being a Lloyd’s customer. Always found them to be the best overall.
In 2015 I had a 1.5k overdraft with Lloyd’s written off in an insolvency.
I just applied online and they offered me a basic account. Natwest, who I’ve never owed money to and used to bank with prior to insolvency won’t even offer a basic account.
Does this mean Lloyd’s is allowing me a chance to prove myself again? As in; if I use the basic account and Use it responsibly is there a chance I’d get lending with them again in the future. As in upgraded bank account/ overdraft/mortgage. I’m not trying to get into debt again I’m just thinking about my future.
Don’t want to waste time using the Lloyd’s account if they’ve internally decided I’m a bad risk... forever
