Britannia Parking Charge Notice to Keeper

Can anyone advise on the validity of a NTK received from Britannia?
I have a pdf suitably blanked out and wondered whether it could be uploaded to view?
What is worrying me is that if the NTK is compliant does the Registered Keeper have to stump up for the charges incurred by a driver?

You don't "stump up" anything but read the NEWBIES thread0 -

We don’t need to see the NtK - we’ve seen loads of them. If you want to check out yourself whether it is compliant with the requirements of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, you can do so via these links:
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4/enacted
http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/keeper-liability/
Without meaning to be unkind, your last question suggests a huge gap in understanding that can only be filled by some intensive reading. Fortunately you won’t have to attempt this by random internet searches, as the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 (at this stage), has it all gathered together for easier access. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not a single person here would pay Britannia. Here's my usual reply about them:

No need to show us the PCN. And certainly don't follow any links from that ParkingCowboys website.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
