Flush mount TV

Any advice please on how to fill the hole around my TV.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fill the 2 inch gap around my TV. The TV does not protrude, however the gap around it is driving me mad.

What is the best way of filling this? Which tradesman is best?

It needs some ventilation - leave the gap.

How do you expect to disperse the heat if you seal it in.

I would leave a tiny gap all the way around. Just looking to reduce the size.

The instruction book for my TV shows how big the gap should be, best you check yours I think.
If you make the gap any smaller it'll show up any out-of-level much more.
