Can i Claim from a old Insurance?

Could you please tell me if i can claim anything back from an old Life Insurance please? many years ago i took out a life Insurance with Legal & General and i paid it till it finished i was then told by them it was finished as i had paid the full amount of time and that was that, can i get any of that money back as i am no longer with them and have no paperwork from it?. i would be grateful for some help.

Be thankful it hasn't paid anything out. That would mean you or anyone else covered on the policy would be dead. Most people would be happy that their life assurance has hit the end date without anyone dying.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Life insurance is not refunded simply because you haven't died, in the same way you won't be refunded car insurance if you don't crash.can i get any of that money back
Understand that the PPI mis-selling scandal applies solely to PPI, not every other random insurance policy you may have had.0
