Shower cutoff/timer

Anyone ever found something? Ideally something that cuts water off after a set time?
Got teenage son who constantly uses all the hot water. We've tried to tell him 15 mins max but a day or two later its back to 45 mins.
One option is to take lock off the door but I'm wondering if shower timer would be better?
