Loosely Store - DO NOT buy from here!

So before my question, a word of warning - DO NOT buy from the Loosely Store looselystore.com
From the sound of the over 200 reviews on trustpilot (just Google loosely reviews) I feel that I have been scammed. Ordered the thick knit blanket end of November as a Christmas present, not arrived yet, and from the reviews it sounds like I’ll be disappointed with the final product and unable to return without paying a huge amount to ship back to Korea! For once I completely fell for the enticing facebook adverts which kept popping up everywhere.
So my question - can I ever get my money back and how? I purchased the blanket on a visa debit card. And will my wife ever forgive me for not getting her the present she wanted?:(

No uk address, only phone and mail etc. Would not have bought from them without this.
Why not go on at them on Facebook, instagram etc. Nothing more a company hates is bad, publicity.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
A whois search shows the domain was first registered in August this year and is operated from Canada.0

You can make a Chargeback claim from your card provider. Pleasing the wife is a tricker matter and is beyond the realm of this forum to solve.
