Children's Savings Account with online access

Hi all,
After some advice please...
My child currently has a Halifax Young Saver Account (2% interest). I no longer have my current account with Halifax so am looking to move the Young Saver elsewhere - ideally somewhere where you can see and manage the account online alongside other accounts.
I've seen the Barclays Children's Instant Saver (1.75% interest) which should do the trick. Any experience or other suggested accounts?
If possible, I'd like the ability to make payments to others from the Children's Instant Saver. I don't know whether this is allowed from savings account - this would make it easier to drip feed money into the JISA without it needing to go through my current account.
Thanks!

Thanks. Will have a look at Santander - I used to have an account with them too so online access should be easy to reactivate0
