Hi
Is it possible to buy standalone jewellery insurance?
I live with my parents therefore do not have my own contents insurance.
My Pandora bracelet is now worth over £800 with the additional charms and I would like to insurance it for loss or damage.
Is there such a thing?

There is, March do standalone jewellery cover.
It’s not that cheap though; although IIRC there is no excess when you claim.
Do your parents have Contents cover? If so, you being family and living there would mean your items would be covered under their policy.0 -
Thanks! I'll take a look at both options .0

Most home insurance needs to declare individual items above a certain level, and this is usually £1000 or above so your bracelet should at least be covered for fire or theft in the home.0
