NatWest and Bank Holidays

Hello guys!
I am basically a little confused regarding NatWest and Bank Holidays. I am due to receive my Student Finance on Tuesday the 2nd of January, however as Monday is a bank holiday, and Student Finance should be processing my payment on Wednesday the 27th (3-4 working days before the payment is due) would the money come in on the Tuesday or the Saturday?
I’m just desperately in need of receiving the loan as university living is becoming a little stressful when living on £2.70 haha.
Thanks

If it’s due in your account on 2 January then it should show, and be available, from Saturday 30 December.
Worth noting that from 13 January 2018 this is changing so credits/debits will happen on the day they are dated for. https://supportcentre.natwest.com/olb/payments/sp01/913250872/It-is-the-weekend-why-do-I-have-less-money-than-I-should-have.htm0 -
Oh, marvellous! Thank you for your reply, that’s great to know and a shame in that it’ll be changing but I think it’s better that way. Less confusion!
Again, thank you!0
