  • Our nice neighbour did a deal with other neighbours he cut down a huge tree at his expense with the offer of building a new wall where it was. Both parties were happy and they now have daylight . Can you see anything else that she would like doing in exchange for getting rid of it?

If she does agree get it in writing or ask her if it’s ok to record her saying it’s fine as if she’s getting dimenta she may forget and get angry that you did it without asking.

Some people just like trees, and short of their house falling down, won't be fussed. Short of private dialogue there's little you can do.
