They charge you to spend your own money... A debit card with the Visa sign (such as the LTSB one) is better as you can still use them in the same places, without charges on top...0

Thats not a credit card its a top up card. I know what you mean its called a "Pay Point" card and allows you to pay bills at most shops.
I think you can just go to any Pay Point shop for this? Once it has the sign on it.:beer:0
