Getting a refund on an accidental overpayment

Hi
Moments ago, I went to pay my Very account (interest-free of course) and after I pay my account I saw I made a horrible typo - I paid £1192, rather than the £119.20.
Is there any way I can get this money refunded? I spoke to my bank and they said there is nothing they can do but is there anything they can do?
Will Very refund me the money?
Super panicked as that is my money for Jan that is now sitting in limbo with Very.
I am literally in tears due to the stupid error and panicked that I am going to have zero money in Jan due to a typo.

Ring Very.
They should refund you within a few working days.0 -
Agree with above..as long as minimum payment made they shouldn't have any issues with refunding you the difference.
No doubt will take much longer for them to pay you than you to them.0 -
Thanks, everyone! You were right. I was able to get through to a person at Very today, and they just refunded it. Should hit my account within 10 working days.
I was expecting this to be a massive drama and was preparing for the worst. I was very very surprised how easy it was!0
