Myself and my partner pay through Credit Ladder for a portion of our rent and both have the MSE Credit Club, do we split this on the details on the website there it says household expenditure for rent etc or the total household for both?

Depends what the form says.
Household expenditure means that, how much does the household spend. So no need to split it up, put the total amount. The same form does ask for your income and additional (e.g. partners) income so it knows the total household income.0
