Lloyds Password query

Dear All,
Have applied for a Lloyds bank account - got an email today saying login and complete the final task.
I try logging in but my usual password does not work - odd!
On clicking "Forgotten passowrd" it requires the mobile number I used on my application - sods law states that my phone provider have accidentally cancelled the sim card and have lost the number (should have cancelled my other mobile phone account).
Offices are shut.
So, does anyone know what the password requirements are? Length, upper/lower case, allowed special symbols like £! etc

Thank you - doubt I mistyped as you have to enter it twice. Then again, maybe I was stupid enough to mistype twice exactly the same :rotfl:0 -

When I click on change password, it says[FONT="]between 8 and 15 characters, including letters and numbers[/FONT][FONT="]
it appears to reject special characters

Yes no special characters allowed. Letters and numbers only, at least 1 of each0

You should plan for some delay - if you don't have access to your mobile phone number they will probably have to post you out password reset instructions ie you wont be able to just call up, change your phone number and then reset.0
