How to know if I got any penalties?

Hi everyone
I changed address about a month ago and told DVLA my new address a week after my moving. I was wondering if there is any way (i.e. with my plate number) to know if I got any penalties or I need to check my previous address (it's an empty flat at the moment for what I know)?

What type of "penalties" are you referring to?
BTW you state you notified the DVLA, is that in respect of both your Driving Licence and the registration document for your vehicle(s) as they have to be done separately?0 -
