Hi all,
Just had a Superhub 3 installed as my 2ac failed and have the same problem where the default IP range is 192.168.0.x and my devices are configured as 192.168.1.x but can't change it. Tried the method someone found here:
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/QuickStart-set-up-and/Superhub-3-internal-network-address/m-p/3600047/highlight/false#M93709
Although can't get online or get an IP address after doing so, seems like DHCP might not be working.
Based on later comments suggesting the latest firmware has broken this I guess I'll have to get a router and use it in modem mode - any suggestions for anything cheap (ideally under £40) that would work well?

Just a word of warning - If you have a static IP address, you can't do that. VM set up static addresses by building a GRE tunnel (rather than something sensible, like DHCPing it down from their end) which doesn't happen with the "superhub" in modem only mode so the router ends up with a dynamic WAN address. It means you can't use a different router.
If you don't pay for a static IP, then that's not a problem.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
Cool, thanks. I'm not using a static IP but useful to know.
Interestingly, people reported not being able to access the admin page but I enabled remote management and could access it externally using my phone using https://xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx on there I saw the DHCP was still on 192.168.0.x yet devices with 192.168.1.x IPs had connected ok.0
