I'd be very cautious about booking with this company. The phoned me on October 12th to tell me that they'd cancelled the return leg of my famil's journey to Marrakech (which I'd booked in June). No explanation was given. I have asked for a refund but, again, they're unable to tell me how long that will take to process. They were unwilling to give me contact details for their head office and, once I'd got the numbers, there was no answer in any case.
I am left absolutely furious and out of pocket. I have had to book new flights at a hugher price (with Brisitsh Airways) and have incurred cancellation charges for my accommodation and car parking. The law seems to offer customers no real protection. Buyer beware!!!
