How to replace bathroom ceiling light?

In my toilet, there were 2 lights one of which is now faulty. I took the lighting unit out and it is an assembly of this model:
Aurora AU-DDF124, 220V, 9W
Now searching on internet, it is a very old style unit and I can't seem to find in any store (the Aurora website doesn't explain how I can buy it).
Is it possible to replace it with something different which I can buy from Homebase, Screwfix, B&Q etc.?
My celing cut out diameter is 80 mm (Aurora unit requires minimum 70 mm cutout). So anything compatible with 220 V and fits into that diameter will be ideal for me, I guess.
Thanx

Looking on the Aurora web site there are plenty, some with cut-out of 72-75 mm. Might be worth checking through them all just in case. I did find one at 85 mm but it was 12 volt. Maybe you could (or get someone else to) fit a small piece of plasterboard/plywood into or above the existing hole with the right size cut-out in it. Fiddly job so maybe worth searching for a replacement. Have you tried contact us on Aurora web site and asking them?0

I did sent a message to Aurora website, but being Xmas period, not expecting quick reply.
If it is not available in High St DIY shops might be hard luck.
Anything similar should work as long as easy to fit in that hole in ceiling.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
