Anyone got an email Address for Britannia Parking

I have received a PCN relating to an alleged 3 min overstay in a carpark in a hired van in October. The notice to Driver/Hirer was dated in the first week of December, I have just attempted to log on to their website to post the standard appeal with the grace period section added and the website will not allow me to appeal.
I am within the time allowed for appeal, so I want a popla code to see them off, I am loath to waste a stamp and stationery on them -- does anyone have a working email address for them?

If they don't say on their PCN that they accept appeals by email, you may unwise to use that method for your appeal. They are likely to say you didn't appeal properly and therefore you will not get a PoPLA code.

It is always best to send an appeal using one of the methods specified by the operator.

    3 minute??
    Whos car park was this?
you are well within the 10 minute grace period and your data shouldnt have been accessed.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

They can't have issued it for a 3 minute overstay. Not possible.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It says "failed to obtain a valid 30 minute free ticket or purchase a valid ticket"
The driver obtained a 30 minute free ticket and, seeing it was a hire van, double checked the number on the ticket against the van. It must be the 3 minutes.

    But it can't be.

Maybe a 'O' instead of '0', or 'I' instead of '1' was input?

Either of which (or if it seems to be a 3 minutes overstay which is not allowed to be 'enforced' with a fake PCN) should give rise to a complaint to the BPA, like this:

I would do the complaint. Bear in mind the BPA will be on holiday this coming week.

    You are guessing arn't you?

As CM has said you cannot be invoiced for 3 minutes.

It does not say you over stayed it says you failed to obtain a valid ticket, which suggests you may have input the VRD incorrectly have you actually checked?

Or was it that a NTD was on the vehicle on the day, which seems likely by the timescales?

Did the window ticket slip down or was not visible?

This cannot cannot cannot be issued for a 3 minute overstay, and to assume it was is not a safe assumption and will send you up a blind alley in the appeals process.
