Hi all!
Have been away for a couple of months due to working a LOT of overtime.
Haven't added to my pot for a while as I have been concentrating on my debt. Stayed the same for now. Back to it this week.

Can't believe I haven't posted since March
Think I've had about 27 coins added to the pot since then...but who knows...will find out for sure at the end of the year, though I might have a count up before then :rotfl:Feb'15 £118411.00 Jan '16 £112665.10 Jan 17 £106790.00, Jan 18 £99268.10 April ‘19 £57052.26, Oct ‘20 £46015.42 £2.00 Savers Club, 🎖, 2015 £332, 2016 £356, 2017 £312, 2018 £254, 2019 £668, 2020 £880.00, 2021 £104, 2022 £158, 2023 £68, 2024 Emergency Fund £2500/£1000 :j0 -
No. 47....I think if my memory is correct.
Well, yesterday I was going say I was jacking this in
A) I just wasn’t getting anyI dipped into it a couple of months ago
C) two pound coins were just nowhere to be seen since I said I was doing it and figured I had jinxed by plan by saying it out loud...:D
However, I decided to count it before I posted, and have £300 in there which I am pretty sure is more than I started with ( haven’t searched for original post), plus since saying to myself I was going to ditch it..........I have come across 3 in a day.... :rotfl:
So...i’m sticking with it. I will not make my goal to fill the jar, as I think that would take another 1K....so I have maybe been a bit rash with the size of the jar, but will carry on.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
:mad:Grr,I am so jealous of all you people snaffling coins left right and centre. I have been shopping 6 times in the last fortnight, and never got even one!:mad:Still stuck on 68 coins,£136
Plus I havent been to the family history group for weeks,I normally get a couple of coins a month from there.
Will I reach my target of £150 by end of October? 7 coins,so it would be a doddle for most of you,not so much for me. I am so not a £2 coin magnet:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Good morning Calicocat,
Glad to hear that you are sticking to the savers club.
I obtained one yesterday but let another three slip me by. I went out for a meal with some old work friends and when it came to paying £2 x3 appeared. But I only had a £10 note and a £1 coin with me. I had spent my change that afternoon in Lidl. (All coins were plain). I was so cross with myself!!!!!2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons
