Hospital parking

I have just got a parking fine as my mum knocked her disabled badge off the dashboard. It is with ukpc parking. I have appealed immediately but have now read that was the wrong thing to do. As it is hospital parking would it be enforced? They now know who i am.

Did you say who was driving in your appeal? If not, edit your post above to say The Driver.
Do complain to PALS.
Do complain to your MP about the abuse you have received from an unregulated parking company. The driver was transporting a disabled person who has protected characteristics in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, and was saving the NHS money in the process.I married my cousin. Tell the parking company that as you had a person with a protected characteristic under the Equality Act, that they must cancel the parking charge with immediate effect, do this now, even if you have already sent them some information.
Re Parking charge ##### to vehicle ### at site ##### issued for non display of blue badge.
The Vehicle at the time had an occupant with a protected characteristic under the Equality act, please see here ( provide details or evidence of disability) and as such the parking charge notice must now be cancelled with immediate effect. I also notice that the car park demands that disabled bays are for valid blue badge holders only, this is discriminatory as not all those with a protected characteristic will possess a blue badge, and blue badges are not valid on private land. This again is discriminatory and needs to be updated with immediate effect.
I trust that you will make the necessary changes, and cease processing my data in respect to pursuing the parking charge notice, i look forward to your confirmation of this, together with an outline on how you will be resolving the highlighted issues. From the Plain Language Commission:
