For all those who may be distracted by this tinsel time of winter, the Daily Telegraph has hi-tech proof that actually, it's April 1st. As a new user, I cannot post an actual link, but a simple search engine query:

The Telegraph Google-backed Magic Leap

signals that summer will soon be here. Even if the goggles won't.

PS: anyone a bit baffled about this will find it all explained in a product video to be found on YouTube. Search for "Magic Leap Virtual Reality -- Behold the Future" (and perhaps ask yourself why a company so advanced in the creation of Augmented Reality seems not to have even the basic wits to know that it isn't dealing in Virtual Reality at all)
