https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
download from here ^^
You don't "install" adwcleaner, it's a standalone file, so if you've installed something, it isn't adwcleaner !!
edit - that version is one behind, but when you run it it tells you, so follow the download link to toolslib's site and get the current version
......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

It sounds like your regional settings have been altered then...are you using a VPN at all? If not, go to the Control panel, Regional & Language, and check you are set to UK/English.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

I'm not using a VPN.
I've checked my language settings and everything is normal.
It's a mystery.
Thanks for you time.0 -
Try changing in AdwCleaner, itself, should be easy to locate button even in a foreign language.

^^^ well spotted!! Been using it for years and had never noticed the change - it used to be English-only
