1. Entering the draw

3.1 Entrants can enter the draw:
(a) by paying the entry fee; and/or
(b) by pre-paid post, providing in full the same personal information required by the website (including the entrant’s name, address, email, and telephone number).
3.2 Entrants may buy entry into the draw via the website as many times as they wish. Entrants entering the draw in this way acknowledge and agree that paying to enter the draw does not guarantee they will win a prize.
3.3 An entrant may have only one free postal entry into the draw.
3.4 Any entry that does not provide the full, correct personal information requested will be void.
3.5 The draw is open from 1900 hours GMT on 19 December 2017.
3.6 The draw closes EITHER at 1700 hours GMT on 20 June 2018 OR upon receipt by the Promoter of the maximum number of paid entries of 250,000, whichever happens first. However, the Promoter may in its sole discretion extend the closure of the draw by up to six months. If this happens, the Promoter will place a notice to this effect on the website www.winlondonapartment.com.
3.10 The Promoter will not accept any entry (paid or by post) received after the closure of the competition.
3.11 The Promoter will not accept proof of postage or transmission as proof of entry.

1. Prizes and winners

4.1 The first prize consists of one property at Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7LQ (the “Property”).
4.2 Between 28 May 2018 and 28 July 2018, the Promoter will, at its expense, transfer the Property to the winner of the first prize free from all mortgages, charges and other encumbrances (subject to any legal time constraints in respect of the transfer of the Property).
4.3 The Promoter will cover conveyancing fees up to £2,000 (plus VAT). The winner of the first prize will be responsible for conveyancing fees more than £2,000 (plus VAT).
4.4 The winner of the first prize will be responsible for registering the transfer of the Property at the Land Registry, and for all associated costs.

THE PRIZE DRAW HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Dear All,

It is with regret that we have taken the decision to stop the prize draw. Unfortunately, despite extensive marketing efforts, ticket sales were not good enough to continue with the draw. We will be returning the money paid for tickets and we will be in contact with those who paid for tickets within the next few days to ask for your bank details so that we may process the re-payments.

As per the terms, we will not be returning free postal entries.
