Had a ticket from parking eye at sheffield services days inn sheffield

Days in give guests free parking , i contacted days inn they said they would sort it as it this has occured at other days inn before and been cancelled i thought no more

I then received a county court letter so i lodged my reasons online ,then received another reduced offer from parking eye

I personally went to sheffield to see the staff 2 weeks ago , they promised they would email parking eye and tell them to revoke it on grounds i was a guest and should have free parking and also told me there staff receive these letters as well for parking while working there

Today i have received another letter no mention of days contacting them

Just says in bold text WITHOUT PREJUDICE
we are now in receipt of further information and to resolve costs to both parties we will accept £60

What do i do im getting very stressed over this and my time especially having a 4 hour round trip to sheffield to see the staff as they needed to see the court papers

Have you received a COUNTY COURT CLAIM FORM? Yes or No.
if yes, what precise defence did you file?

The without Prejudice letter is their usual letter before they discontinue a court claim, you see, but you’ve not mentioned anything about a defence.
