Skipton BS on-line mortgage account query

Has anybody on here had any strange transactions related to their Skipton online mortgage account?
Any insights or advice most welcome please
- I have a series of transactions every time I make a payment that do not seem to work correctly with multiple credits, debits and random entries each time
- Both interest DR and Interest CR are treated as increases to my outstanding balance
- Interest DR are shown as a minus transaction, as are lump-sum payments, but one is added to the balance and the other, when deducted does not equal the previous total less the payment
Any insights or advice most welcome please

Could you provide an example of the transactions?0

Here is one example of a lump sum payment (sorry about the layout!). This was a single overpayment. I.E I paid in £669.21 to reduce the balance of my mortgage. I have a series of nonsense replies to questions over secure messaging regarding this (and a similar nonsense reply to a question about interest calculations on a savings account)
