I have an Indesit washer dryer model number IWDD7143SUK. When I tried to do some drying today I got an F13 error code which means the dryer heat sensor has packed up. It looks as if it's quite an easy thing to replace but when I wanted to buy the part I was asked for the industrial code. I can't find this anywhere on the machine. I've looked inside the door and behind the kick plate. I've checked the sides and back but can only find a label with a bar code. Can anyone help please?

espares told me I needed the industrial code to identify the exact part. I'm going into a local shop tomorrow to see if they can help. They may know where to find the code or whether it's that crucial. If not I'll just buy the bit that's supposed to fit that model and see if it works.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0
