My partner has a Kindle and I wanted to buy her the occasional book from Amazon,but they tell me I can't gift books to her using my Amazon account. She buys occasional books, but gets a lot from friends and family,. I was thinking of buying a Kindle myself,if I bought the books for my Kindle could I then transfer them to her Kindle .
Any help advice appreciated.

    you can have more than one device registered to one account so if you did that and purchased a book it would download to each device at the same time. my wife and i have it set up like this so it does work!!
