Pow-Wow Now Conference Centre Alternative - Need to save £££

Hi - we are a small company that designs a few products and as such are constantly in need of a conference bridge telephone service to discuss our updates on pretty much a daily basis.
We have pockets of designers and at times simultaneous conference calls going on at any one time.
We currently use PowWowNow for this service and to be honest its costing us a fortune...especially when our guys dial in via their mobile phones.
So I'm looking for advice or help...is there a better way of doing this?! A fixed monthly fee with local dial is the preferred solution...this way the local call would come off my engineers free minutes on their mobiles meaning I just pay a fixed monthly fee.
Any help appreciated!
