Private Parking Tickets

Hi I've read through the New Bee's and still not sure .
My daughter has received 5 Parking letters within the last couple of weeks through the post but they already have the Registered Keepers name on them being me is this a breach of confidentiality of the issuing company? Not sure how to proceed

no its not, the parking company or companies will obtain keeper details from the DVLA, clearly this is yourself and for england and wales YOU can be held accountable to pay said charges IF they have followed a law that came in 5 years ago named POFA2012

so you can be held liable for a drivers actions in your vehicle and they can and WILL pursue YOU for the charges that the driver incurred

you either name the driver and exempt yourself (same as with speeding tiskets etc) or you take it on the chin and fight them yourself (or pay in full)

name of the parking company etc please ?

and type of "contravention ?

and how can these tickets have come to the daughter if you are the registered keeper ?

This is a scam, the private parking industry is unregulated, and can, and does, take people to court and ruin their credit.

There is much on the internet about how to fight them off. this forum, peppipoo, Parking Cowboys, Legal Beagles, CAG, BMPA, etc., etc. etc,
