Normal radiator vent end thingy?

Merry Christmas,
Hopefully this will be a easy one,
Just wanted to ask is this a normal radiator valve vent end thingy I can bleed? All the others I've seen / used were different and didn't wanna try bleed it if it didn't work that way.

If you take a lot of air out the radiators before the water spouts out remember to check the boiler pressure is ok.0
