Have a look at the Review Centre, they sometimes answer complaints on there. A person called Victoria R says to make contact by using the help section on the web site so she can look into your complaint.

To the best of my knowledge they never do the repairs, the just sell the cars on.

I hire cars with Goldcar Alicante several times a year. Touch wood I have never had a problem but I do have annual car hire excess insurance.

I never really trust those replies. Savvy companies will invest in their social media image. If someone makes a complaint online it must look better if someone replies with the "We are really sorry. We are really upset that you are not 100% happy with the service. We'll sort it out. Please email whoever." It doesn't actually mean that they WILL sort it out.

I agree with you but it will cost nothing to try.
